Specialised preventative maintenance

Preventative breakdown maintenance is an important business tool, to help you reduce the risk of interruption. Kotzur Maintenance staff will perform a complete mechanical service to your facility creating a comprehensive condition report. Our service report will provide a record of work completed and suggested ongoing routine maintenance intervals to help you develop a site-specific plan for your conveying and storage equipment.

Our condition report will detail recommendation for future work to be carried out detailing wear detected in components such as chains, sprockets, belts, flights, drives and gearboxes. This allows for more accurate future maintenance budgets to be produced as part of your overall business planning.
