APPLICATIONS
Distributors enable an operator to select a desired flow path from multiple options, either manually or through an electronic control.
They are typically located immediately after an elevator and connected to an array of spouts to feed silos or conveyors by gravity.
Wear liners are placed on surfaces exposed to the grain flow to extend the life of the distributor, with the type of liner selected based on the expected throughput of the system.
Feedback from proximity sensors ensures that the distributor is located in the intended position prior to running bulk solids through the system. Fabricated from painted mild steel, Kotzur distributors are designed to withstand the test of time in the Australian climate, and in moving your bulk material. Other materials of construction are available on request.
