Project Management Administrator

Employment Basis: Full Time

The Kotzur Group of companies, incorporating Kotzur Pty Ltd in Walla Walla NSW, and Kotzur Bulk Solids Handling Pty Ltd in Toowoomba Qld, is an Australian market leader in supplying and maintaining bulk solids storage and handling facilities for the agricultural, industrial and commercial sectors.

We require the services of an energetic Project Management Administrator to support our Project Management and Kotzur Maintenance Services (KMS) teams in delivering quality products to our clients.

Possessing a strong client focus and high quality communication and administration skills, the Project Management Administrator is an integral part of the team and a key contact for fellow staff members, contractors, and suppliers.  A willingness to take responsibility for a task from start to completion is essential.  Your skills, enthusiasm, and energy will strongly contribute to the continued growth of the Kotzur Group.

About the role:

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Supporting the Project Management and KMS teams in administration tasks
  • Enter job assembly structure's and applying costings from quotes
  • Raising deposit, progress, and final invoices
  • Maintain training, license and insurance register databases
  • Processing orders and releasing job folders to manufacturing
