Fabrication Apprentices
The KOTZUR GROUP of companies is a long established, successful family owned engineering/fabrication business with over 140 employees based in Walla Walla NSW (30 minute drive from Albury) and 60 employees based in Toowoomba Qld. With clientele from all over Australia and overseas, we specialise in the provision of storage and handling facilities for bulk solids in the agricultural and industrial markets.

Role Overview:
Our Walla Walla plant is seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Fabrication Apprentices. This is an exciting opportunity to develop hands-on skills in metal fabrication, welding, and engineering, while working alongside experienced professionals in a dynamic and supportive environment.
What You Will Do:
- Learn how to interpret technical drawings and plans for fabrication.
- Assist in the fabrication, welding, and assembly of components.
- Use industry-standard tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to gain industry-recognized qualifications.
- Contribute to project completion in a timely and high-quality manner.
What We’re Looking For:
- A keen interest in engineering, fabrication, and welding.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work to exact specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.
- A willingness to learn and a desire to build a long-term career in fabrication.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Previous experience or familiarity with tools/equipment is a plus, but not essential.
