The Opportunity

Kotzur is seeking a skilled and experienced ERP Project Manager to lead a large-scale digital transformation. This is a crucial role overseeing the transition from our current on-premises industry-specific solution to Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution. You'll be the key link between Kotzur and our implementation partner, ensuring that project outcomes align with our strategic goals while keeping internal teams engaged and on track.

This is more than a technical project; it’s a business transformation that involves significant process changes, data migration, and integration across the entire organisation.

Key Accountabilities

As the ERP Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Acting as the primary liaison between Kotzur and our implementation partner, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment of deliverables with business objectives.

  • Developing a comprehensive project plan, including scope, resources, schedules, and budgets.

  • Leading resource planning and allocation, ensuring the right personnel are efficiently utilised throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Overseeing all contractual obligations, including deliverable acceptance, scope control, and payment milestones.

  • Tracking project financials, including budget consumption, forecasting, and proactively managing any variances.

  • Identifying project risks and issues early and implementing effective mitigation strategies.

  • Managing organisational change by working with various teams across the company—from Sales and Engineering to Manufacturing and Finance. You will support training, user adoption, and the embedding of new business processes.

  • Driving effective communication across all stakeholders, including senior management, functional leaders, and external partners, ensuring consistent updates and smooth issue resolution.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies and ensure seamless execution of key deliverables.

  • Monitoring and controlling project progress, providing timely updates to stakeholders, and making recommendations for adjustments as needed.

  • Supporting a smooth post-implementation transition to business-as-usual operations.

About You

You are a proactive and detail-oriented project manager with a proven track record of successfully delivering ERP implementations, particularly with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and within a Manufacturing environment. You possess strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at navigating complex business processes and organisational change.
