Kotzur is looking for a Full-Time Administration Officer to join our Project Management and Kotzur Maintenance Services (KMS) team at our Walla Walla location – just 30 minutes from Albury. This is your chance to be part of a proudly Australian-owned company that values innovation, teamwork, and excellence.
In this pivotal role, you’ll provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our office. You’ll be working closely with our Projects and KMS team, contributing to meaningful work that drives real outcomes.
What you'll be doing

Administrative Support: Manage administrative tasks related to projects and maintenance operations, including:

Processing timesheets, purchase orders, goods receipting, invoicing and expense management

Preparing reports and arranging travel bookings

Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders

Communication: Act as a key liaison between the teams, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure clear and efficient communication

Problem solving: Address logistical and administration issues promptly to minimise workflow disruptions

Team Support: Assist the leadership team with ad-hoc projects and tasks as required
What we're looking for

Proven experience in an administrative or operational role, ideally within building and construction, manufacturing or maintenance environments

A proactive approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritise and multitask

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other standard office software

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

A strong customer focus and professional demeanour
