- Size of infrastructure
- Usage schedules & high use times
Agreed schedule of pricing based on maintenance schedule + per incident costs:
- Set hourly rate
- Time and materials (+travel)
- One off estimated budget to be confirmed once onsite inspection has been completed. This is based on a scheduled of costs.
