Contracts Administrator
KOTZUR GROUP is a market leading engineering/fabrication business with over 130 employees based in Walla Walla NSW and 60 employees based in Toowoomba Qld. With clientele from all over Australia and overseas, we specialise in supplying bulk solids storage and handling solutions for the agricultural, industrial and commercial sectors.
We are seeking a person to take on the role of Contract Administrator in our Walla Walla Project Management office. This role would suit either a recent Engineering graduate or someone with a mechanical trade/ engineering qualifications looking to start a career in project management.
Working within the project management team, you will assist the project managers with the completion of projects for our clients. The primary tasks in this role are:
- Providing high level administrative support and assistance to the project managers.
- Obtaining building and DA approvals
- Managing project documentation (eg contracts, insurances, and compliance)
- Project scheduling, supervision, procurement, and commissioning.
- Sourcing of technical information
- Co-ordination of site crews.
Ideally you will have:
- Good computer skills with an intermediate level of experience with the Microsoft Office suite, including Microsoft Project
- Strong attention to detail, particularly with document control
- High level organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise activities and meet deadlines
- High level of interpersonal skills, including both written and oral communication
- The ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to develop working relationships.
